I think yor're correct, trolls do dwell in caves and some under bridges.  :)

Ignition dwell is angle that the points stay closed(no spark).  Dwell is the
most accurate way of setting points.  Here is an explanation of dwell.

Its the on time / off time of the spark to the spark plugs. I might be
wrong, but the trolls do dwell in caves...
