Apparently new owner "Tony" horribly mismanaged the company right into 
extinction.  Really, really sad.  Tim did such a great job running and 
growing that business over the years, only to see it come crashing down 
so soon after selling out (due to wife's illness).  There were whispers 
for months about vendors not getting paid, employees not getting paid, 
etc., all of which were strongly denied.. it's now obvious it was all 
true.  They even bullshitted customers for weeks as the curtain was 
coming down, claiming they were moving, reorganizing, etc., which was 
all a bunch of lies.  They were probably taking orders during this 
period, well aware they'd never deliver.

I hope the asshole is now living in a cardboard box under a freeway 
overpass somewhere between Alviso and East Paly.
