City Lights
This is interesting, as I'm just about to wire/mount euro lights and turns.
My clear turns have extra W5W bulbs in them and the euro mains have the
extra T4W's
We should have a discussion on possibly lighting configurations.
My proposed config:
Headlamps wired conventionally
(1)Headlamp city light wired to go on with the parking lights or
(2)wired to come on with the ignition, as a daytime running light
(1)Turns (clear lenses) only wired to work as turn signals
Extra lamp in turns wired as a parking lamp, which will be clear, albeit,
a little dim (do I need to have an amber parking lamp in the front of my
car???)
or
(2)Turns/parking lamps wired normally
Extra lamp in turns wired to come on with ignition (relayed to go off with
parking lamps/turns (with diode), so there's no clear bulb at the same time
as the amber parking or turn signals.
OR:
Wire the extra lamps to a fog lamp switch and use them whenever I please
Then there's the rear lamps....
