Injector tips

Fish them out is the only answer...

I know not very "productive" but the only one I know... looooooooong needle
nose pliers, and patience...unless someone knows another trick?

Well, getting my injectors out of the head (second
time as 23K ago I replaced the inserts and all our
favorite O-rings - gosh, I love those things!) - I had
three injector tips remain in the head.
