Can someone check this car out for me ?

It's been in a state that required a front license plate for long 
enough for the sun to fade around it.  Does Florida require a front 
plate, I didn't think it did?  If not it might indicate it hasn't lived 
in Florida the whole time, possibly someplace less kind.

Not sure if it matters, just something that popped out at me...
