Speed is off now

Put my clutch and .80 fifth in and everything works great, except for the
fact that my speedo is about 10 MPH off (reads slower than I'm going).

I didn't mess with the final drive gearing, so it either has been off or got
messed up when I put the trans back in.  The cable isn't stressed or kinked
and the motion of the speedo is smooth.  It has a red gear on the gearbox
end, by the way.  I don't know if this is the right one.  It's a 9A with
3.67 final.

Any suggestions on what it might be would be appreciated.
