Sounds like it's the flex joint on the DP...
If you don't have to pass a visual inspection, the stainless race DP is the
way to go

Not sure where the leak is exactly, but it seems to be loud under the car,
as opposed to under the hood. Shouldn't be plugs, etc. as they were all
changed within the last year.
