Motor Mounts and Leaking Oil

As for the vibration, it is most likely caused by the

Some rear mounts do not have a corner clearanced and will touch the steering 
rack.  This will result in moderate-to-severe vibration felt throughout the 
car.
Solution: new mount or hacksaw.
