Misc 2L questions

The Autotech power module is for KE jetronic, so unless your car
started life as a 16V or KE was retrofited the power module won't work
with your system.

As far as the big pump, it looks like there are only 2 sizes, 30 and
36mm. Germanautoparts lists an upgrade for the 8V which is the 2.0L
16V pump, but unclear what the dimensional difference is but it's
apparently not the 36mm pump.
I've been running an ABA 2.0L with solid lifter head and the large oil
pump since 1996. Oil pressure can be a little high when cold. I keep
in under control by running 5W-30 oil year round. The only time this
combination didn't really work was a track day where oil temps were
getting over 250 F.
Also, my nephew's engine is a 1.9L 8V solid lifter head. But it's
based on a 16V block for the oil squirters and it also has a turbo, so
both those items increase oil flow. The stock pump didn't maintain
high enough oil pressures so we swapped in an ABA pump. He's running
10W-40 and again the pressures are a little high when the engine is
cold, but otherwise it's good.
You can swap the pump if you like or you can just run lighter weight
oil and keep the RPM down till the oil temp is up some.
