Alternator Woes

Slightly off topic, this is for an 84 Rabbit GTI 1.8 with A/C (square compressor). For some reason, I cannot get a correct alt. for this from my FLAPS. The problem seems to be the pulley. The one that I have is 1 1/2" from outer pulley lip to the bottom of the spacer. I seem to need one that is 2". Does anyone have a pulley that size?
