OK, someone wanna clue me?  I have yet to ever d/l a
torrent successfully.

I d/l the program.  D/L the torrent file.  Then I
clicked on it.  It shows 0 Kb/s download rate and
obviously 0.0% done.  I say, WHAT THE F*CK?!?

The file is in 'play' mode and nothing is being
uploaded.  And this is DSL.  I would really like to
know what I am doing incorrectly.
