HELP!

The more I look into my car, the more it looks like 1 big clusterfuck. It appears my freq. valve isn't working, which is sending my A/F all out of whack. Arg, I wish I could just rip out all the wiring and put 1 good, clean harness in there instead of the 1 1/2-2 partial harnesses I have in there now.
