Okay, so now...alignment specs?

Since I've decided that with all the front end work I'll be doing 
between now and Cincy (full poly bushings, new steering rack) I'm going 
for a real, professional alignment, what settings should I ask for?  I 
know they'll go stock, but I've also seen that many people use revised 
settings for a more sporty ride.
It's an '81, street use only (unless I auto-x it at Treffen this year), 
so what do you peeps recommend for settings?
