Thanks for the replies on the ip information. I found it and it's not
listed by spamcop. A little more investigation lead me to see that if
my firewall blocks "HTTP POST" commands then that could trigger the
blockage. I am behind a firewall but I'm going to have to do some more
investigating to find out if that's the reason. I don't see anything
else that would be causing this to happen.
