I've got a set of Borbet Type Cs missing the center
caps.  Is there anywhere I can get replacements?

And while on the topic of wheels, what's a good
locking lug?  Seems like if they (locks) become
popular, then thieves would equip themselves with the
"unique" tools to unlock them...

There are no replacements.  You need to sell them...  TO ME!....  :)
