Actually the lines come up from the Pside and snake around the down pipe to the DS. So tring to fit the pipe with the motor in would be difficult at best. If the line was cut at the point where the line exited the engine bay to travel under the car would be best.

Then the next section from there to the Accumulator would be the next part. The car would still need to be lifted quite a bit, but it could work.

This stuff would be great for those restoring a MKI as the fuel lines are now 25 years old.

>From what I've read on fuel line replacement. You just need to drop the steering rack not the engine. Also I think it's possible to just add a section with fittings in between. So if the engine to firewall line was ok you could just cut it and add new line back to the fuel pump. I'm not an expert though. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
