RE: Scirocco dash crack prevention

I see they've applied the usual Porsche markup to the 3 $7 cans of rubber.
That's kinda funny...sort of the "inverse" of my idea.  Should be very
durable, though.

But I like your solution (1st one) better.

be quite effective in preventing dash cracks. If that however isn't quite
what you're looking for this is another alternative
