I believe the stock, 16v rotors are sufficient.  I KNOW the stock calipers 
are.  I believe a set of carefully-chosen, premium pads (have had good 
performance with Ferrodo), along with a brake fluid flush and good bleeding, 
will give you a brake system that will stop you/slow you down whenever it is 
asked to....even if they aren't the trickest setup.
