T-shirt shennanigans (MD listers only)

If you'd like to save the shipping cost, OSE will ship the shirts directly 
to me. This is really just an offer for the local group (you know who you 
are) as I'd prefer not to have to re-ship a shirt to somewhere else, I'm 
only offering to hand-deliver to the MD/DC/NOVA crowd.
Anyhow, if you want your shirt shipped to me (to save the 4.95 shipping) 
Just paypal them for the shirt cost and indicate in the "note" section that 
they should ship the shirt to me.
