I'd add:
-Radiator and heater hoses
-new heater control valve (optional)
-8 exhaust manifold studs (install with high-temp anti-sieze)
-rear main seal
-new vacuum lines (the little braided rubber connectorator pieces)
-timing belt tensioner
-engine mounts :)

I'd probably NOT tell you to replace the front crank seal unless it's already leaking (this
requires removal of crank pulley, which, if not reinstalled correctly, opens an opportunity for it
to come loose, which does bad things).
