Help from a Lister in the UK

As the title states I am requesting the assistance of someone in the UK. I 
would consider this a great personal favor. If anyone is willing, please 
email me off list. 
 The request is for the purchase of a small item approximately 5 british 
pounds, which I will compensate you for. The problem is that this item was 
sold in the US a number of years ago and is no longer available here. I am 
able to find it on SEVERAL websites in the UK but none thus far are willing 
to ship to the US. I have also tried EBAY with no success.
