1979 scirocco for sale

hey list.. i'm going to sell my 'rocco

it's a 1979, originally indian red, or indiana red,
sort of a brownish red, i guess, i've re-painted it
bright red.  1.6l cis, 4 spd, runs pretty good, all
things considered....

the speedo broke some time in the 80s, or 90s, not
sure, i've only had it 2 years... so i have no idea
what the mileage is, but probably over 100k.  the
speedo right now is german, but i have the american
one too.

i replaced the struts and springs with a sporty
european one too, looks and feels great!  new front
strut mounts, and new rear ones too.  i installed the
square euro-lights, and it has 14"  GTI rims as well
as the original 13" sport rims.  the driver's seat is
a sport-racing seat i installed, the passenger's is
from a mkII.  it's got a k&n filter, and electronic
ignition, GTI antenna on the roof, and side turn
signals, and rear-fog light.  

i'd like to get about $500 for it, the wheels and
tires are really great, i just spent 200 on them, and
the suspension and struts are less than 2 yrs old and
only have a few thousand miles on them.  plus the k&n
filter should be worth about $500 w/o the chasis.  the
front windscreen and dash are cracked, and i removed
the carpet as it had ants in it when i got it..
