Steering Column stuff
The needle rollers and seperator are normally retained in the outer race.
But, the part of the outer race that keeps them in place is plastic and
breaks easily.
The "correct" fix is to replace the bearing.
The "common" fix as pointed out is a tyrap or hose clamp.
