You're right about the PRV. What the Fram doesn't have is the
anti-backflow valve that the Mahle and Mann do. I found (or was
referred to) this page a while back:

BTW, the 034-115-561-a supercedes to the 06a-115-561-b, and not the ones
that are supposed to be used on our cars...
