Just had some burning issues that I hope the grand collective
knowledge of the list can help out with.

1) Is there a special VW tool to check cylinder compression on a 16V
using the spark plug hole?

2) Been wondering if there is there a way to incorporate a knock
sensor on a high compression 1.8L motor using CIS other than changing
over to a stand alone engine management system?

3) Anyone know of any problems with using a fuel pump and accumulator
out of a '85 Audi Coupe on a VW car with CIS?  The accumulator is a
lot smaller but the pump looks to be the same size just have to change
wire connectors.  Will the pump have a higher fuel delivery rate due
to supplying a 5 cylinder motor and damage the fuel filter or fuel
pressure regulator?

Thanks for any input in advance.  Off to turn some wrenches.
