HELP!!! Broken down in NC
I've found the key is to use very high grade bolts (8) as a replacement. If your
previous bolt wasn't factory, it was probably sub-standard and yielded under the
stress. The alternator mount is one of the highest stressed on a vw engine,
especially if its slightly out of balance.
