Umm, not much help with the R/C stuff (I was thinking those rocket engines
thingies,) but wanted to clarify the sanctioning body... NBRA (National Bear
Racing Association?)

You guys have WAY TOO much time and beer on your hands.  Sounds like a fun
time for all...
