You can make those pieces with some stretchable speaker box carpeting
and contact cement them in place, as long as salt and pepper
grey/black or plain black works for you.  http://partsexpress.com has
the stuff, and it's cheap.

TMI stuff did not impress me as being OEM quality when I checked it
out at Jbugs in Oceanside, CA.  The seat upholstery displayed (on some
bug seats) was under whelming.
