I'll vouch for SeaFoam!

1.8L JH 8v engine with over 100k on it.
This is the cat piss palace that I just got from Daun. Had run very little 
for years.
I had replaced the cap/rotor and plugs. I retimed it but it just felt 
"rough".
Now I am putting over 70 miles a day on it.
Half way into a tank I noticed the difference. Much smoother idle and even 
sounds better at higher RPM.
