Found this interesting website with mfr's service info websites. 
Apparently EPA wanted emissions info available to independent shops, 
etc. Mfr's provided that and some provided info that wasn't required.
Some Free info. Subscriptions, daily. mo, yr. $ all over the landscape.
Toyota: All service info avail for $10/day, $50/mo, $350/yr.  Porsche: 
$5200/yr.
