TT Short Shift Kits, Painting

I used "American Finishes" single stage Acrylic Enamel.  No clear and
not the best quality paint, but that's not the important part.

Important part is that if you want to paint the car yourself and have
it look good, be prepared to spend a lot of time learning, a lot of
time prepping, and understand that your first attempt will probably
not rival a professional paint job - it's not rocket science but it's
certainly not easy, either.

Anyways, I'm going to give a full rundown on my painting experience in
the next few days, but just thought I'd toss that out there.

Oh, and I haven't had the best experience using adhesives to hold
stuff together like that.  If there's any way to fasten it with
screws, rivets, etc - do that in addition to the tape.  I'm not too
famliar with rocc body kits, though, so i could be misunderstanding
exactly what you mean.
