Multi-list cross posts (originally RE: Bad news!!)

Side note: When posting to the scirocco list, please take care not to cross
post to other mailings lists which others may not be on. The issue is that
when others reply to your message, they get stuff like this in their inbox:

Your mail to 'a2-16v-list' with the subject

    RE: Bad news!!

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

    Post by non-member to a members-only list

Either the message will get posted to the list, or you will receive
notification of the moderator's decision.
---

The easy fix that I've found is to just send 2 separate mails with the same
content.
