Lesbian causes, she directs her wrath toward anyone who might drive a
motor vehicle wearing a smile on their face.  Thinks you should be
taking the bus or train.

Co-sponsor (IIRC) of the law that repealed the rolling 30 year smog
test exemption.. now it's fixed at 76 and newer, forever.  Also, her
original idea was to include everything back to 1957.   I guess you
could repower your 426 hemi Roadrunner with a Prius setup and make her
happy.  She represents the Peoples Republic of Santa Monica.
