Busted shifter linkage....help!!!!

All,
Lost second and fourth gear tonight, got 'er on ramps, and I have a 
busted section on my shift linkage. It's the lower bracket that holds 
the vertical gear selector rod, and it looks like it's attached to the 
steering rack.  You can see it best in the last picture:

I can't tell if it's a replaceable (easily) part, or if it's welded, I 
didn't have a lot of time to diagnose it.
Any help? It's on the '81.
