[OT] 1988 Jetta FS in Bethlehem, PA

Hey Gang,

I have to get rid of the Jetta.

New brakes all around, like 1 month new.
New bogas struts and shocks (rears are still in the box)with plates and
other h/w for the job.
New driver side door handle still in plastic.
Car is rough, engine doesn't burn oil, runs strong 8v.
The transmission has a problem, something is binding on the input shaft. I
replaced the release bearing (by the green plate). Still something is not
quite right.
This car is still a torque monster and pulls crazy through all gears even
with 225,000 miles.

I'm asking $ 300.00 o BO. Would make a good winter beater for someone who
knows how to fix the tranny problem.
