autotech lower stress "frame"?

Is anyone using the Lower Sub Frame/Stress bar set up by Autotech?
I think it's about $200 at Bahnbrenner.
Wondering if it's a notable improvement against a stock 16v lower stress 
bar set up, and if there is different during regular street driving.

Any input is appreciated!
