what i found under the car...and any tips installing rack?

so it looks like 8 months of total neglet + rough driving on the 3rd world 
streets of new orleans have taken their toll.  started leaking steering 
fluid, determined i had a bad steering rack.  looked under the car, found 
some carnage. one severely ripped right cv boot (that's why it was clicking 
going left i guess), one mildly ripped left cv boot (there's that clicking 
turning right). broken swaybar bracket with sway flapping in the breeze (the 
cause of the ripped right boot i guess), ripped left inner tie rod boot, and 
of course leaking ps fluid. ugh. ordered all necc parts (including $100 
worth of boots from stealer), and am set to swap out the rack tomorrow. 
never done this with the engine in car; any suggestions? looks like i need 
to take out header, tranny mount, cv joint (right side anyway) is getting 
done at same time, sway/tie bars already removed, some shifting bits. 
anything else? any other tips?
