strut bearings, whats a good replacment?

i have a set of bonrath strut bearings  but no way am
i going to pay that price again for a second set on
the second roc i have, i was told that a golf
strutbearing will work is this true and what kind?
(year modle) without any extra work?.
 
 or where is a good place to buy stock or heavy duty
ones for minimal price.
