Fuel Enrichment; TT vs Autotech (or coolant vs DPR)

Does anyone have an opinion or experience as to the best approach for
fuel enrichment for the CIS-E?  
There are two approaches that I know of; first the TT version which
enriches mixture via coolant temp sensor circuit.  The second version is
the Autotech which enriches mixture via DPR current.
