don't knuckle-head me, haha, the bolt snapped in half,
i was turning one end with a socket, and holding the
other with a wrench, and i was able to snap it, with
both hands!!!  and i'm not superman!! 
thanks for the tip about the ice.. i was starting to
wonder how to get it out of the carpet, heehee
