Kamei kit fitment and worth??

I happen to be in the knowledge of a complete Kamei kit that is still
in the box. the person said it is an A1 rocco kit. I know there is
quite a bit of difference in the MKI and II's (duh). But how would
this person know which it is for?? Did Kamei make a kit for the MKII?

Also being that it is still in the box what is it worth. If it doesn't
fit a MKII would any of you be interested in it??
