Which tranny is best (street mostly, some track days), 3 options

Go for the 2Y.

The 2H will run through gears too fast.

The wide ratio FF...ahh, I don't like it...I have an even wider ratio box in my 2.0L 16V MkI
(4-speed) and if it weren't for autocrossing intentions, I'd get rid of it quick.

5th gears are swappable.

Sure does burn up those front tires in 1st though (same as a 4K/2H AFA 1st is concerned).
