Carl, thanks for hosting the files.
The text mentions an article in European Car, is anyone familiar with it?

And yes, all the links are obsolete.  Also, the parts are relatively common
and should be available on line.

Anyone seen this before?  Any comments?

Rick sent me the html and jpg file of the rpm sensing fuel enrichment 
device.  I put it up on my web space.  The links in the html file dont 
work, and all the links to the components dont work either, so you'll have 
to find a good source for components your self I guess.  Anyways, heres the

I'll be interested to hear if anyone builds this and how it works.  I've 
got too many projects going on right now to do this, but its on the to do
list.
