Borbet wheels - parts?

Okay, so the newest adoption  (88 Carat)came with a set of what look like 
Borbet As, with slate coloured spokes. (they are Borbets for sure) So I'm
missing one centre cap, and more important, I'm missing the key to get the
centre cap off, it's got four pins in it from the look of the lock screw.
So anybody know where to source these items?
