where to buy crank bolt?

So a few weeks back Josh Conner jingles me phone with news of the woefull and weepy kind. The poor lad's scirocco has develeloped a turbo lag minus the turbo I.E. his crank keyway is going the way of the dodo bird. 
 
A quick check of the timing marks vs. real life tdc confirms our nasty-nasty thoughts of metal smearage, the offending pulley is removed to reveal a crank slot doing it's best impersonation of Eric Cartmans mom in the middle of a shize film.
 
Out comes the dremel and daddy goes to work, a new slot is cut 180 degrees from the origional whore. Everything is ready to reasemble but we need to acquire a new stretch bolt just to be sure that there is no repeat performance in a few months.
 
Anybody have a better source than the stealership? The goofy poofdas want 15 beans.
