I think these are the "quad"  H4s, so they are the same size as US stock
MkII lights, but are not sealed beams. (A full set is four lamps, all
the
same size, the inners being H1s.) What are usually referred to as "MkII
Euro lights" have a very large outer light and a smaller inner, they
dont'
fit directly into the stock US pots as these H4s would. Both the "quad"
H4
and the "Euro H4" outer lamps take the same bulb (a H4), but the lenses
are different sizes. Legend has it that the "real Euros" are brighter.

Am I interpreting what you are selling correctly?
