Pressure plate removal

Well they can get rusted in place, Since I usually buy PP and clutch
together, I don't mind using a hammer to tap it out walking the head of the
hammer in a circular motion around the edge.

I thought it was as easy as removing the 6 bolts and pulling.  So far it
hasn't been that easy.  How to I pull the pressure plate out?
