Poor running question

OK, I know this has been brought up before, but wasn't a concern at the time
and therefore little attention was paid on my behalf. I have started
experiencing what feels like the car is running with one cylinder out.  This
happens when the car has warmed and usually only in first and second gear up
to about 3000 rpm. After 3000 rpms, she runs awesome, till I have to slow
again.  The worst is coming off the line. From a stop at a light to turning
from a side street, it is really poor. I have been paying attention to other
systems that I could recall. The only other thing to mention is that with a
full tank... No problems... Get down to half tank or less and feels like the
fuel is clogged or one of the plugs isn't firing.  Any help would be
awesome...
