Lots of information on this product at: http://www.por15.com/  I just
did some random spots on the underside of my car it works pretty
slick.  Also did the fuel tank heat shield and tank straps which were
looking nasty.

An ebay seller of the kits is a fair sized VW restore shop
(aircooleds) in Long Beach where I got a starter kit.
http://vwispwest.com  They coat the pans as part of their body off
restoration process.
