clutch problem

Agreed. That's right on par with the acquaintance of mine who decided it
would be easier (?!?!) to CUT the half shafts off with a die grinder than
to take out the bolts. He killed both of them.. and one of them was brand
new!! I wanted to break HIS fingers!

But I decided it was easier to just cut them off..
